Has no specific mouthpiece but I do have some used ones if required. Comes complete with its original hard case which is all in very good condition, no cracks to plastic outer, all latches and the handles function, interior is not damaged. The water key corks, valve felts, valve guides & springs are in good order and not in need of urgent replacement. The valves are all working and as can be seen in the picture are excellent with no pitting or wear. The slides/valve tops & bottoms are all free and clean.
The silver plate finish is all intact just a little bit of pitting on the back of the valve casing where the players hand rests. Just one larger ding which is on the lower bell flare and can be seen in the pictures, however these will in no way affect the playability. There are a few minor knock marks/dings in various places over the instrument mainly confined to the bell flare/outer bow as expected with normal use over the years. This instrument is in very good playing and cosmetic condition. Specs are: Key: Bb/F with four compensating piston valves, Bell : 11 inches, Finish: Bright silver plate with bright silver slides/inner bell.
I believe these were only made for a short time between 1985-1987 and are a medium bore similar to the 1970's Imperials but with the modern large shank mouthpiece receiver. Serial number dates it to 1987, this instrument is a 966 model as used by Morgan Griffiths. Bb euphonium made by Besson, this is a professional level model 'Sovereign'.
